World Plumbing Day is march 11th, 2013
The time has come to celebrate World Plumbing Day! Join us as we celebrate and appreciate those industries and professions that seek to provide us with privileged access to clean drinking water and basic sanitation.
Established in 2010, thanks to the efforts of the World Plumbing Council (WPC), World Plumbing Day is dedicated to helping the general public better understand the vital role that the plumbing industry plays in protecting public health and safety, the extent to which it helps limit mankind’s environmental footprint, and other important work performed by contractors, inspectors, installers, engineers, and manufacturers that is often taken for granted.
On March 11, 2013, plumbing organizations across the country are joining the Mechanical Contractors Association of Canada (MCAC) and the Canadian Institute of Plumbing and Heating (CIPH) to undertake activities with the aim of raising awareness of the important role played by Canada’s plumbing industry.
